Location and Size

 

Premier Land knows that location and size are important in obtaining planning permission. Our offerings are in most cases less than 25 acres and adjacent to developed neighbourhoods with on hand infrastructures.

Past experience shows that size does matter when securing development endorsement. Typically land under 40 acres has significantly better chance of development approval than larger proposals, which can be held up or turned down by politicians in response to protests from their constituents. Even though over 2400 acres of Greenbelt land has been reclassified in the last year, almost every case was less than 40 acres.
